Creating a Legacy, Inc. is seeking a passionate and experienced SLS Lead to join our team. As an SLS Lead, you will play a key role in guiding teams, ensuring compliance, and supporting individuals and their families through person-centered, outcome-driven services. You will provide leadership and oversight across service delivery, staff development, and compliance, including:

Lead, train, mentor, and support staff to ensure excellence in service delivery

Ensure compliance with Title 17 & 22, federal and state regulations, Regional Center, and Department of Social Services requirements

Implement and oversee Individual Program Plans (IPPs) and behavior modification programs

Conduct staff meetings, trainings, and professional development sessions
-
Review, revise, and submit program summaries and progress reports by required deadlines

Provide ongoing case consultation and performance feedback to staff

Monitor staff certifications and regional compliance requirements

Oversee service utilization and ensure timely initiation of services

Address client and family concerns and participate in family meetings as needed

Collaborate with leadership to negotiate and improve service plans

Ensure HIPAA compliance and reinforce confidentiality standards

Implement and monitor safety, emergency, fire, and disaster procedures

Qualifications:Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED
-
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in IDD or a related field

Strong working knowledge of behavior modification programs

Valid California Driver’s License

Ability to work weekends and holidays as required
