Key Responsibilities:
- Uphold Quality and Food Safety Policies, promoting a culture of quality improvement.
- Guide operations to deliver exceptional quality.
- Supervise quality specialists and technicians to maintain production standards.
- Collaborate on key quality checks, aligning with hold and complaint data.
- Manage quality hold program, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions with trend data.
- Lead customer complaint reduction using data-driven strategies.
- Ensure net content compliance for volume and weight.
- Support new product launches and formulation changes.
- Apply best practices within the facility or network.
- Monitor and improve Quality Metrics/KPIs.
- Manage GMP, HACCP, and FSMA FSP compliance, minimizing water use.
- Ensure audit compliance (e.g., FSSC 22000, market audits).
- Assist regulatory agencies as needed.
- Conduct monthly KPI reviews to meet business goals.
- Assess and improve quality system performance.
- Reflect company values in all actions.

Qualifications & Requirements

- 5 years in Quality Assurance, ideally in dairy/frozen foods.
- HACCP/SQF certified – Lead audits.
- Follow HACCP, SQF, GMP, and food safety regulations.
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Proficient in quality control software and reporting.
