Electromechanical Maintenance Technician -- PLC & Hydraulics

Picture this: a Van Dorn injection molding press throws an Allen Bradley fault. You trace the signal, verify I/O, and restore logic—then fine-tune a hydraulic circuit and calibrate a pneumatic actuator before checking downstream packaging equipment. Along the way, you lend guidance to a junior tech and reinforce safety and quality checks.

• Electrical troubleshooting and repair across plant systems
• PLC diagnostics and recovery (Allen Bradley)
• Hydraulic and pneumatic system maintenance and repair
• Installation, commissioning, and repair of production equipment, including:
  • Injection molding machines: HPM, Van Dorn, Niigata, Krause, Cincinnati
  • Blow mold extrusion machines
  • Packaging equipment
  • Cooling systems
  • Powder coat systems
• Major equipment repairs using machine tools
• Mentoring junior technicians
• Driving a culture of safety and consistent quality

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (6 days per week)
• 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM (6 days per week)
• 3rd Shift: 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM (6 days per week)

• 5 years of industrial maintenance experience with strong hydraulics expertise
• Broad capabilities in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Background with injection or blow molding equipment (preferred)
• Comfort working with microprocessor-controlled systems
• Clear communicator with a proactive, ownership-driven approach
• Proficiency in hydraulics
