Program Manager, Operations

The Role

We're looking for a Program Manager, Operations to lead cross-functional programs from concept through delivery, close the gap between R&D and manufacturing, and drive the operational rigor that keeps our customer programs on track. You'll work closely with engineering, quality, and operations leadership, owning program timelines, resourcing, and customer communication across multiple concurrent initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Lead cross-functional programs across R&D, engineering, quality, and manufacturing from concept through delivery
• Own program timelines, milestones, and resourcing across multiple concurrent customer programs
• Act as the primary point of coordination between R&D teams and manufacturing operations
• Build and maintain prioritization frameworks to keep programs moving and resources aligned with real demand
• Drive KPI development and performance tracking to give leadership real-time visibility into program health
• Partner with Quality and Regulatory to keep programs compliant and audit-ready throughout
• Support capital and facility planning tied to program and operational growth
• Communicate program status, risks, and trade-offs clearly to customers, leadership, and cross-functional teams

Must Have

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5 years in medical device manufacturing or a regulated environment
• Proven experience leading cross-functional programs without direct authority over all team members
• Strong track record of process improvement, prioritization, or operational excellence work
• Comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders at once
• Operations experience

Good To Have

• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt)
• Experience working closely with R&D teams on new product introduction

Salary Range:

$125,000-$160,000 | Full benefits, 401(k), PTO, hybrid/remote flexibility with occasional travel
