What are the responsibilities and job description for the CNC operator TDS position at Ace Partners?
We’re currently hiring experienced CNC Mill Operators for a full-time opportunity in Springboro, OH.
Pay: $24–$35/hour based on experience
Shifts: 1st, 2nd & 3rd shift available
Shift Differential: $2/hour for 2nd and 3rd shift
Overtime: Time-and-a-half after 40 hours and double time on Sundays
What we’re looking for:
- 3–5 years of hands-on CNC milling experience
- Strong 3-axis and 4-axis milling experience
- 5-axis experience is a plus
- CNC setup experience, including tooling, offsets and workholding
- Experience with DMG Mori, Okuma and/or Mori Seiki machines
- Fanuc and/or Siemens controls experience
- Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge
- Experience working with tight tolerances and precision components
- Mill-dominant experience is preferred
