Production Supervisor
$70,000–$85,000 per year

Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Lead daily production operations, including line start-ups, shutdowns, and shift planning
- Drive continuous improvement to increase efficiency and maintain product quality
- Ensure compliance with GMPs, food safety requirements, sanitation standards, and safety procedures
- Complete production and efficiency reports, resolve operational issues, and support site projects
- 1–2 years of supervisory experience required; 3–5 years in food manufacturing or a related industry preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Management/Supervision, Food Manufacturing, or a related discipline
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills, with knowledge of food production equipment and Microsoft Office
