Driver Check-In Associate (Full-Time)
Location: Brewster, NY
Pay: $18 – $19/hour
Shift: 11:30AM - 8:00PM // 5 days a week, with Saturday availability
What You'll Do
- Greet and check in drivers as they return from delivery routes
- Collect and organize invoices, payments, and POD devices
- Handle cash/check payments and follow internal deposit procedures
- Review driver return documents for accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Process returned products and issue credits in the system
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working behind a desk and interacting with drivers
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office a plus)
- Good communication and customer service abilities
- Entry-level; prior office or customer service experience preferred
