What You’ll Own and Drive:
- Delivering an exceptional front-desk experience that feels personal and professional
- Scheduling patients strategically to support daily production goals and timely care
- Walking patients through treatment plans clearly — no jargon, just honest guidance
- Coordinating with assistants, providers, and insurance to ensure seamless execution
- Owning key systems like new patient onboarding, payment collection, and chart audits
- Tracking patient progress, cancellations, and reappointments to protect case acceptance
- Representing ACE with warmth, clarity, and follow-through — every single time

What You Bring:
- Experience in a dental or medical front office preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and patient-facing
- Organized, accountable, and proactive in a fast-paced setting
- Comfortable with scheduling, insurance verification, and payment collection

Job Type & Compensation:
- Full-Time | In-Person
- $16.00–$20.00/hour based on experience
