Your New Role
As an HVAC Sales Technician, you’ll be the face of the company on every call, diagnosing issues, offering solutions, and closing the sale with confidence and integrity. You’ll be responsible for maintaining and repairing systems while also identifying service upgrades that truly benefit the customer.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems with precision
- Performing planned maintenance and new system installations
- Communicating clearly with customers about issues, options, and pricing
- Educating homeowners on system operations and preventative maintenance
- Selling service upgrades, accessories, and club memberships
- Keeping your vehicle, tools, and job sites clean and professional
- Participating in morning meetings, training sessions, and retreats
- Using company-provided systems to stay organized and efficient

Job requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on HVAC experience
- Must have a valid mechanical journeyman license
- High school diploma or GED required; trade school a plus
- Proven ability to communicate technical information to homeowners
- Experience with HVAC troubleshooting, repair, installation, and maintenance
- Strong customer service and in-home sales skills
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Must pass random drug testing
- Ability to lift to 75 lbs and work in tight or elevated spaces
- Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
- Comfortable using handheld power tools and safety equipment
