Duties
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and providing excellent customer service with professional phone etiquette
- Oversee calendar management and scheduling for meetings, appointments, and service calls using online programs.
- Perform data entry, filing, document proofreading, and maintain accurate records to support administrative functions
- Coordinate office supply inventory, order necessary materials, and ensure the workspace remains organized and efficient
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar software to track expenses and manage invoices
- Support personal assistant responsibilities such as travel arrangements, correspondence management, and task prioritization
- Provide clerical support including typing reports, managing email correspondence, and supporting various administrative projects
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other bookkeeping software is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle phone calls professionally and efficiently
- Strong computer literacy with experience in data entry, filing systems, and document proofreading
- Previous experience in office roles is advantageous
