Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in the Greater Chicago Area for a Recruiter. The Recruiter will source, screen, and interview candidates to match them with the needs of client job openings. Additional responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing job postings, coordinating hiring processes, and supporting employee onboarding. The Recruiter will play a critical role in identifying and hiring qualified talent while ensuring a positive candidate and client experience.

Qualifications

• Recruiting and talent acquisition skills, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and matching candidates.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills, including managing job postings and coordinating hiring processes efficiently.
• Relationship-building and client management abilities to create and maintain positive client partnerships.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for candidate and client interactions.
• Experience in staffing, human resources, or recruitment is a plus.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous.
