Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Compensation Analyst to join our team in Houston, Texas. This individual will be responsible for ensuring employees are paid competitively and fairly while supporting business goals.. Pay, Schedule, and Location
- $32-$40/hr pay rate
- Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
- Hybrid (2 days onsite) The first week will be 100% onsite for training and collaboration
- Located in Houston, Texas
Duties and Responsibilities
- Analyze salary data and market trends
- Support compensation programs (merit increases, bonuses, incentives)
- Conduct job evaluations and salary benchmarking
- Partner with HR to resolve pay-related issues
- Prepare reports and provide recommendations to leadership
- Participate in compensation projects and surveys
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 2 years of compensation or total rewards experience
- Strong analytical and data skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- CCP certification
- Experience with salary surveys and market data
