Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming residential leads across a variety of platforms and convert into scheduled jobs
- Oversee and support residential door sales and estimate follow-up
- Help coordinate installs and customer communication
- Make happy calls, gather reviews, and support post-service follow-up and sales efforts
- Promote maintenance plan enrollment and renewals
- Use CRM and scheduling tools to keep work accurate and organized
- Help improve booking rates, response times, and customer satisfaction
- Strong customer service and client-facing experience
- Sales confidence and comfort discussing options and money
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced service environment
- Strong communication skills over the phone and in person
- Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus
- Familiarity with social media platforms and GoHighLevel is a plus
- Reliable transportation; valid driver's license preferred
- Full-time, W-2 Employment
- Base salary of $50,000 plus bonus and commission structure
- Additional earnings through bonuses and commission based on booking, sales, and customer retention results. Total earnings vary by performance and are not guaranteed
