Key Responsibilities
- Generate commercial service and project revenue
- Build and maintain relationships with commercial clients and accounts
- Turn estimates into booked jobs at a strong close rate
- Grow planned maintenance agreements
- Prospect for new business and help expand market presence
- Coordinate with operations and technicians to support customer satisfaction
- Track pipeline activity and performance against goals
- Commercial garage door industry experience strongly preferred
- Proven sales success in service, projects, or account growth
- Strong estimating, follow-up, and relationship management skills
- Comfortable using technology and open to new business development methods
- Self-motivated, coachable, and performance-driven
- Valid driver's license and professional presentation
- Full-time, W-2 Employment
- Pay Base: 65k - 90k base on experience commission
- Strong performers may have realistic earnings potential in the $100,000-$200,000 range
