AccuForce is seeking quality candidates for Slitter Operator roles in Surgoinsville, TN. We have 2nd shift opportunities available immediately. These are temp-to-hire opportunities!
Pay: $16.50/hour
Schedule: 2nd Shift (2:55 PM – 10:55 PM), Monday through Friday
Responsibilities
- Operate high-performance slitting machines to cut materials to exact specifications.
- Perform quality checks to ensure precision cuts and maintain a sharp production schedule.
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and maintain a clean, safe work area.
Requirements
- Experience: At least 2 years of slitter or machine operation experience required.
- Physical: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a repetitive basis.
- Gear: Steel-toed boots are required.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a safety-focused mindset.
