Shift: Night Shift | 8 PM to 8 AM | Monday through Thursday (Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week!)
Job Summary
We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated Machine Operators to join our team on the night shift. In this role, you will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor machinery to ensure efficient, high-quality production runs.
- Perform routine quality checks, basic troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on equipment.
- Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, or instructions accurately.
- Perform basic mathematical calculations to track output, measurements, and material usage.
- Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Language: Strong ability to read, write, and speak English to follow written specifications and safety protocols.
- Math Skills: Good basic math skills
- Mechanical Aptitude: Hands-on experience or demonstrated strong mechanical ability to troubleshoot equipment and use standard tools.
- Pace: Able to stand, move, and work efficiently in a high-speed production environment.
- Teamwork: Excellent communication skills with a strong "team-first" attitude.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to [e.g., 50 lbs] as needed.
