Accounting Supervisor Manager (ID# 5028)

Fully Remote in Florida. Hours are flexible, must be able to give 8 hours between 7am and 10pm. Very flexible. Our client is an accounting firm that prides itself on a 24 hour turn time when responding to clients. Very busy and growing with clients that have strict deadlines. Must be able to manage a team of bookkeepers, be responsive to clients and prepare financials for clients. Having experience with inventory based clients is highly preferred.

Functions:

• Managing a team of Bookkeepers
• Prepare Financial Statements for Clients
• Creating journal entries, reconciliations, analysis and recommendations.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting
• 4 plus years on the manager level within public accounting servicing clients
• QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, online expense management programs, etc. and strong MS Excel.
