- Acts as the analytical bridge between Finance, Sales, and Operations, ensuring revenue data is accurate, actionable, and scalable
- Owns revenue forecasting, pipeline modeling, pacing analysis, and commercial KPIs used by senior leadership
- Ensures CRM, ERP, and Power BI data alignment, enabling reliable forecasting and financial planning
- Supports pricing analysis, deal evaluation, margin analysis, and customer profitability insights
- Plays a critical role in integrating new acquisitions and business units into their commercial and financial reporting environment
- Directly influences commercial strategy, forecasting accuracy, and revenue predictability
- 5-10 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Commercial FP&A, Sales Operations, or Commercial Finance
- Experience in B2B services, environmental services, industrial, construction, or field-services environments is a plus
- Financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skill set
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred but not required) and ERP platforms (NetSuite or similar)
- Familiarity with Power BI, Excel, and data-driven reporting environments
- Proven ability to partner cross-functionally and communicate insights to senior leaders
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving organization
