- Own and manage a high-volume requisition load, 25–30 openings, supporting brokerage and sales functions
- Drive full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, cold calling, prescreening (7–10 daily), interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding execution
- Partner closely with hiring leaders to align on workforce planning and recruiting strategies
- Maintain data integrity within Workday while managing an urgent and fast-moving hiring pipeline
- Support mission-critical hiring across carrier sales, procurement, account management, and supervisor-level roles nationwide THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
- 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Proven success managing 25 concurrent requisitions with strong organization and prioritization skills
- Experience recruiting sales-focused talent, base plus commission roles, freight brokerage, transportation, skilled labor, or driver populations preferred
- Strong sourcing background with demonstrated success in cold calling and proactive outreach
- Experience with Workday or a similar ATS
- Agency recruiting background highly valued
- Comfortable operating in a competitive, metrics-driven environment with urgency and executive visibility
