- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field required; MBA and/or CPA preferred
- 10 years of progressive finance leadership experience, ideally within FP&A, operational finance, or finance business partnering environments
- Prior experience supporting multi-unit retail, or consumer-facing organizations strongly preferred
- Strong background partnering cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, HR, Technology, and executive leadership teams
- Demonstrated success translating operational drivers into actionable financial insights that improve profitability and business performance
- Experience leading forecasting, performance analysis, margin improvement initiatives, and operational finance decision support
- Strong understanding of financial controls, governance, risk management, and operational performance metrics
- Proven people leadership experience with the ability to mentor, develop, and lead high-performing finance teams
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to operate strategically while also supporting tactical execution in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to quickly establish credibility, drive business partnership, provide operational finance leadership, and create immediate impact during a critical interim period
