Details:
- Contract to hire position
- On-site 5 days a week in Denver, NC

- Assist with maintaining compliance, documentation accuracy, and process efficiency across the employee lifecycle
The Background That Fits
- 3 years of progressive Human Resources experience in a Generalist or HR Operations capacity
- Experience supporting recruiting, employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and HR documentation
- Experience using ADP is required
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and high levels of communication
- Experience supporting field-based, industrial, construction, manufacturing, or multi-site employee populations is highly preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust across all levels of an organization
- Hands-on, detail-oriented approach with the ability to work independently and solve problems proactively
- Experience working within HRIS systems and maintaining accurate employee records and reporting
