What You’ll Do
- Own both sides of the staffing equation — you’ll recruit top candidates and develop client relationships with hiring managers, running full-cycle from first call to placement
- Prospect and cold call hiring managers across the Carolinas to build and grow a client portfolio from our HQ near Uptown
- Source, screen, and recruit candidates through direct outreach, LinkedIn, referrals, and job boards
- Conduct phone and video interviews; assess fit and prepare candidates for client conversations
- Manage your pipeline daily in Bullhorn; track activity, submittals, and results with consistency
- Build relationships in person — at networking events, client visits, and in the market
- Use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ChatGPT, Bullhorn and Bullhorn Amplify, and other platforms to research and identify talent
- Communicate daily with professionals at the manager and hiring manager level — on the phone, on camera, and in writing
- 0–3 years of professional experience; internships in sales, recruiting, staffing, or professional services count
- Comfortable with high outbound activity — calls are your primary tool and you don’t shy away from them
- Strong communicator in writing and on the phone; you can hold your own in a conversation with a VP-level decision maker
- Motivated by performance-based pay — you want to see a direct connection between your effort and your earnings
- Curious, coachable, and competitive with a genuine hunger to learn and improve
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience considered in place of degree
- Based in Charlotte, near Uptown and requires 5 days in office for the first 90 days - hybrid after
- Real Earnings Early — Competitive base, uncapped commissions, and a clear payout structure. Clear path for advancement both professionally and financially.
- Skills That Compound — You’ll develop sales, recruiting, negotiation, and relationship skills that transfer across any career path. Most of our senior producers started in seats like this one.
- A Network You Inherit — AccruePartners has deep, long-standing client relationships across the Carolinas. You’re not building from zero.
- Mentorship From Active Talent Partners and Client Success Managers — You’ll sit alongside and learn from recruiters and business developers who are still billing, not just managing.
- A Defined Path Forward — Most associates advance to within 12–18 months based on production metrics, not tenure. From there, you can grow into team lead, vertical specialist, or account executive roles.
- High-Performance Culture — Recognized as a Best Place to Work by the Charlotte Business Journal, our team operates with accountability, celebrates wins, and supports each other in getting there.
