- Collections calls and correspondence on past due balances
- Process credit application by reviewing reports for credit worthiness including recommendation for credit line and terms
- Research and solve payment discrepancies
- Resolving customer disputes
- Reconciliation of accounts
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3-5 years of experience in Collections
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excel experience
- Oracle experience is a bonus
- Ability to handle interruptions and work in a fast pace environment
