• e.Proficiency in construction estimating software including HCSS Heavy Bid, Accubid, Sage Estimating, or similar, and project management software including Procore, Fieldwire, or similar, the MS Office Suite including Project, and Bluebeam that maximizes productivity and minimizes waste in all area of operation
• s.Be familiar and competent with technological integration of Building Information Modeling (BIM) for quantity takeoffs (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, Bluebeam) and data-driven predictive modelin
• g.Relevant training, licenses, or a degree in construction management, engineering or business management from an accredited agency or institution, are preferred though not required.
