- Close partnership with IT leadership, enterprise applications, and business stakeholders across multiple offices
- An environment where this role has visibility, ownership, and influence as systems and processes mature
- Onsite, five days per week, with flexibility across several major U.S. office locations (Charlotte, Atlanta, Dallas, Pittsburgh, Raleigh, Birmingham, or Fort Lauderdale)
- A newly created role with real ownership and autonomy, not a backfill

- Strong understanding of application development, integrations, and enterprise architecture
- Experience working with ERP systems and managing data flow between platforms
- Ability to operate independently, prioritize effectively, and bring structure to a net-new role
- Comfortable working onsite in a fast-paced, operationally complex organization
