Position Overview:
This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing a team of 5 engineers (3 junior, 2 senior), balancing ~50% technical engineering work with team leadership and project oversight. The role requires a strong leader who can mentor, delegate, and drive execution in a fast-paced, high-performance environment, with occasional international travel (approx. 3x/year).
Additional Details:
• Mechanical Engineering degree required; PE or EIT strongly preferred
• Industrial industry experience within chemicals or similar industrial environments highly preferred
• Phone stipend 10% bonus 9% 401k/profit share
