Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- A CPA or CFA
- Extensive experience (10 years) in real estate fund accounting or financial management, preferably within a real estate private equity firm
- Strong technical knowledge of real estate fund accounting principles, practices, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis, including the ability to interpret complex financial data and present findings to senior management and investors.
