Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day accounting operations, including A/P, A/R, GL management, and payroll
- Oversee month-end and year-end close, including reconciliations and journal entries
- Prepare and review financial statements, forecasts, and budgets
- Analyze financial data to support decision-making and identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with leadership and IT to enhance systems and reporting
- Support external audit preparation and ensure GAAP compliance
Technical Skills Necessary
- Senior Accountant or Accounting Manager ready for leadership responsibilities
- Strong understanding of GAAP and full-cycle accounting
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and confident in leading daily operations
- Comfortable taking ownership and improving workflows
