Accounting Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day accounting operations, including A/P, A/R, GL management, and payroll
• Oversee month-end and year-end close, including reconciliations and journal entries
• Prepare and review financial statements, forecasts, and budgets
• Analyze financial data to support decision-making and identify improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with leadership and IT to enhance systems and reporting
• Support external audit preparation and ensure GAAP compliance

Technical Skills Necessary

• Senior Accountant or Accounting Manager ready for leadership responsibilities
• Strong understanding of GAAP and full-cycle accounting
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and confident in leading daily operations
• Comfortable taking ownership and improving workflows
