- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements
- Active RN license in Florida,required
- Minimum 1 year of home care experience, preferred
- Experience with Hospital at Home programs, highly preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication, leadership, and time management skills
- EMR proficiency; AlayaCare experience a plus
