At AccordCare Home Health, we’re looking for a driven Home Healthcare Liaison sales professional to connect with the community, build lasting relationships, and help families access the quality care they deserve.
- Serve as the friendly, trusted face guiding families into Home Care Services.
- Build and maintain strong referral relationships, driving brand awareness and new client acquisition.
- Nurture long-term partnerships with existing sources.
- Ensure a seamless admissions process by collaborating across departments.
- Stay knowledgeable about AccordCare’s services, requirements, and standards.
- Drive synergy between referral sources, customers, and the internal care team.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in healthcare, private home care, or a related field.
- Proven customer service and sales skills with a relationship-first approach.
- Analytical, adaptable, detail-oriented, and goal-driven.
- Strong communicator with families, partners, and team members.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel across Port Saint Lucie and surrounding areas.
