What You'll Do:

• Print, track, and process incomplete clinical documents for physician signatures
• Coordinate delivery of documents to physician offices to ensure timely patient care
• Maintain accuracy and organization of all documentation and records
• Communicate with internal staff and referral sources to support workflow
• Help ensure compliance and quality standards in home health services
• Cross-train and provide support for our Front Desk Receptionist during busy periods or PTO

What You'll Bring:

• 1 years of medical office experience required; home health experience preferred
