What You'll Do:

• Oversee day-to day operations of a clinical interdisciplinary team
• Ensure quality and appropriate care delivery and staffing
• Act as liaison to resolve patient care issues and communicate with physicians
• Supervise, mentor, and train clinical staff in collaboration with other leaders
• Support clinical program oversight and ensure compliance with agency goals

What You Bring:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing or therapy program; must be a licensed Registered Nurse or Therapist
• 1 year of Medicare Home Health field experience; Experienced field Registered Nurses encouraged to apply!
