- Medicare/Medicaid Billing
- Managed Care billing
- Home Health Claims processing
- ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding basics
- Prior authorization and eligibility verifications
- Knowledge of Home Health regulations and reimbursement
- Proficient in claims submission, Payment posting, Denial management, accounts receivable follow-up, Excel and data entry
- Minimum 2 years experience in medical billing preferably in home health
- EMR/EHR and billing software, such as, Kinnser/WellSky, Homecare Homebase or MatrixCare experience
