What are the responsibilities and job description for the Computer Systems Analyst position at Acclaim Systems?
Participate in client business operations, work with information technology to improve the quality of the services being delivered and assist in integration and testing of new solutions on a continuous basis. Design reports using SQL Server Reporting Services. Work with report parameters and perform parameterized and cascading parameterized reports using SSRS. Record requirements within a client's systems/process development life cycle. Involved in implementation, customization, and maintenance of ITIL modules such as Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge and Service Catalog in Service-Now. Work on integrating Service-Now with tally for obtaining the order information. Manage reports in SSRS using BIDS, Report Manager and Report Builder. Create Report Models, Parameterized Reports, Drill Down, Drill Through and Graph Reports.
Provide advanced support for Service-Now by troubleshooting a variety of difficult software problems, implementing bug fixes, and performing root cause analysis. Create and configure the SLAs as per the requirements. Handle the incident tickets in Service-Now created by Licensees. Interface with clients to identify solutions and recommend strategies to address problems. Create on demand reports and schedule the report generation as per the client requirements in Service-Now. Leverage knowledge of business intelligence and business performance management technology to organize the issues around the development of innovative approaches and solutions to business problems and requirements in the desired systems changes. Re-design workflows using workflow editor and work on resynchronizing various complex workflows into simpler workflows. Configure applications using Service-Now tool used in ITIL Management. Write reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS). Drive all UAT sessions and client-related meetings to ensure development is as agreed. Bachelor's degree plus 6 months of experience required. Work site: Relocation for long/short term projects to various unanticipated client sites throughout the U.S. required.
