Lead strategic clients in analyzing, designing, implementing Appian solutions, and managing end-to-end project delivery. Engage in pre-sales, translating requirements into impactful Appian Proof of Concepts. Oversee Appian solution design, process modeling, system and data integration, and deployment while mentoring other Appian consultants. Conduct user story grooming, sprint demos, and ensure Appian best practices are followed. Contribute to process automation thought leadership with an emphasis on Appian, through blogs and case studies. Play a key role in recruiting and developing Appian consultants andensuring all Appian solutions are scalable and high-quality. Monitor and optimize Appian application performance and resolve any complex technical issues. Skills required: Appian Processing Modeler, Appian Data Fabric, Appian SAIL, Oracle, SQL Server, Agile, and Jira. Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, or Engineering (any); or Computer Applications along with 5 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation is required.
