We're hiring our first SDRs — the people who will put Overtime on the map in the ARM industry. This is not a plug-and-play role. You won't spend your days hiding behind sequences hoping responses trickle in. You'll be on the phone, building pipeline through genuine conversations, and learning to articulate a value proposition that is genuinely differentiated.
The majority of your activity will be outbound: cold calls, targeted email sequences, and LinkedIn. You'll also work inbound pipeline from events, demand gen campaigns, and demo requests — engaging fast and qualifying hard. Every meeting you book matters because we're a lean team and there are no wasted reps.
You'll book meetings for our Head of Sales, Field AEs, and in some cases the CEO. When the meeting lands, you own the handoff. You are not done at the calendar invite.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of outbound SDR, BDR, or inside sales experience — you've carried a quota and hit it
- Comfortable and confident on the phone; you don't avoid cold calls, you make them
- Strong verbal communication — you can explain a complex product simply and handle objections without a manager in the room
- Hunger and coachability over pedigree; we care far more about drive and adaptability than industry background
- Organized and accountable — you know your numbers and you own your results
- Familiarity with outbound sales tools (sequencers, CRM, dialers); you use them to move faster, not to avoid working
- A genuine curiosity about AI and how it's changing business processes
Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume, high-quality outbound prospecting into collections agencies, debt buyers, and legal collections firms via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Engage inbound leads from events, conferences, and demand gen campaigns with speed and intent
- Qualify prospects against our ICP and pass opportunities to senior sellers with full context — not just a name and a calendar link
- Learn and own the Overtime value proposition; articulate it clearly in cold conversations without relying on scripts as a crutch
- Use sequencing and sales tools to stay organized and increase reach — but lead with your voice, not your inbox
- Maintain clean, accurate activity and pipeline data in CRM
- Represent Overtime at industry events and conferences when called upon
- Partner with the Head of Sales to sharpen messaging, refine target lists, and improve conversion at every stage of the funnel
- Ground floor: you will be one of the first SDRs at a company that's building category-defining technology
- Visibility: you'll work directly with senior leadership — the Head of Sales and CEO — not buried in a pod of 30 reps
