📊 Schedule Manager – SR400 Express Lanes Project
The SR400 Express Lanes Project is a $4.6B infrastructure initiative led by ACCIONA and Flatiron Dragados that will add 16 miles of express lanes in Atlanta, improving mobility along a key corridor. The project includes BRT stations, bridge upgrades, and a workforce of 500 , with construction starting in 2025 and completion expected in 2031.
🎯 The Role
We are looking for a Schedule Manager to lead the planning and control of schedules across multiple project segments.
This role is key to ensuring alignment with overall timelines, proactively managing risks, and driving on-time delivery of milestones on a complex, large-scale infrastructure project.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain integrated schedules across design, procurement, permitting, and construction
- Coordinate with engineering, construction, and commercial teams
- Define sequencing, critical paths, and key interfaces
- Track progress, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions
- Lead reporting efforts (KPIs, look-ahead schedules, narratives)
- Support resource planning (labor, equipment, materials)
- Identify and mitigate schedule risks
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and best practices
✅ Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar
- 10 years of experience in project scheduling
- 5 years in large-scale infrastructure or transportation projects
- Strong proficiency in Primavera P6
- Proven ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams
- Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills
