Accessible Space Inc. (ASI) is a national nonprofit organization providing housing and personal care services to individuals with physical disabilities, seniors and veterans.
We are looking for a full-time Property Caretaker / Maintenance person for our apartment building in Santa Fe, NM.
Caretaker unit available rent free! $18.75 - $19.75

Here's what you'll be doing:
- Maintain a clean and safe environment
- Complete minor building and unit maintenance repairs
- Do all duties related to unit turnovers
- Carry out ongoing routine maintenance and prevention checks
- Implement required unit and building inspections
- Perform routine errands
- Obtain bids on contracted maintenance and repair work
- Answer after-hours emergency calls promptly (within 15 minutes) and take appropriate action, when necessary.
Property Caretaker / Maintenance qualifications:
- One year of experience in performing minor building and maintenance repairs
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Effective communicate orally and in writing.
- Ability to effectively and appropriately interact with individuals
- Availability to complete general work responsibilities Monday through Friday between the hours of 7am and 6pm
