Occupational Therapist (OT) - Full-Time

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our rehab team, working closely with clinical caregivers to support residents' full recovery and return to daily activities.

• Provide occupational therapy services to residents of skilled nursing facilities and outpatient clients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Evaluate residents' functional abilities and establish therapy goals.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to promote recovery, independence, and quality of life.
  
  

Qualifications And Skills

• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program with at least a bachelor’s degree.
• Current certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy or eligibility as per state guidelines.
• Valid occupational therapy license in the state of practice.

• Deliver occupational therapy interventions to support patient functional improvements.
• Work collaboratively within an integrated care model to ensure comprehensive patient recovery.
