Radiology Technician

We are seeking experienced ARRT Radiology or Limited License X-Ray Technicians to join our team.

Role & Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic x-ray procedures, including patient positioning and body mechanics, utilizing knowledge of anatomy and physiology. Operate imaging equipment, develop films, and prepare exam rooms with necessary supplies. Assist with Medical Assistant duties such as vital signs, patient history, and transfers. Communicate effectively with patients, provide guidance, and address emergent situations. Ensure proper documentation, follow safety protocols, and maintain equipment functionality. Continuously update diagnostic imaging skills with available educational resources and keep licensure current.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• BLS Certification
• AR State X-Ray License
• ARRT Certification preferred
• Medical Assistant experience preferred
  
  

Key Duties: Greeting patients, managing patient flow, assisting with procedures, ensuring safety and quality in radiology exams, and supporting clinical staff. Maintain accurate records and uphold regulatory standards.
