- Assisting with applications for government programs and addressing issues like abuse or neglect.
- Providing education and support to members, families, and healthcare staff, including end-of-life planning.
- Maintaining current knowledge of laws, regulations, and standards of social work practice.
- Scheduling family meetings, completing guardianship paperwork, and assisting with technology for court proceedings.
- Performing inpatient assessments related to long-term care as required.
- Minimum one year of clinical social work experience in healthcare.
- A master's degree in social work (MSW).
