Position Summary

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Server to join our team in a community-based restaurant environment. The ideal candidate thrives in a community-focused atmosphere, enjoys building relationships with regular guests, and can balance efficiency with a welcoming personality.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly with warmth and professionalism.
• Provide knowledgeable and attentive table service, including taking orders, delivering food/beverages, and checking on guest satisfaction.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with recipes and responsible service guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar and dining areas, including restocking supplies and performing side work.
• Accurately enter orders into POS system and handle cash/credit transactions.
• Follow community and restaurant policies regarding responsible alcohol service.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely, accurate service.
• Engage with community members, fostering a welcoming, neighborly atmosphere.
• Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a server and/or bartender preferred.
• Knowledge of basic drink preparation and cocktail recipes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Strong team player with a positive, community-minded attitude.
• Must meet legal age requirements to serve alcohol.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lbs, and work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
