Position Summary
Infusion Solutions of Delaware (ISD) is seeking a motivated and professional Medical Assistant to join our growing specialty practice in Newark, Delaware. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative outpatient environment focused on high-quality patient care in Rheumatology and specialty infusion services.

Primary Responsibilities- Assist providers during patient visits and clinical workflows
- Prepare patient charts in advance of appointments
- Review and locate laboratory and diagnostic test results
- Assist with supervised injections and related patient care activities
- Assist with chart audit requests and clinical documentation support
- Communicate effectively with patients, providers, pharmacies, and staff
- Help maintain efficient patient flow and provider schedules
- Support overall office operations and patient experience
- Medical Assistant certification preferred, but experience will be considered
- Prior outpatient medical office experience strongly preferred
- Experience in Rheumatology, specialty care, infusion, or internal medicine is a plus
- Strong computer and EMR skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Dependable, punctual, and able to multitask effectively
- Professional appearance and demeanor required
- Starting pay: $20–$26 per hour, based on experience
