Access II Independent Living Center is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide one-on-one, in-home support to individuals with disabilities and older adults throughout the St. Joseph area.

Position Summary
The CNA provides personal care and supportive services in consumers' homes while promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
- Provide assistance with mobility and transfers
- Prepare light meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry related to the consumer's care
- Assist with toileting and incontinence care
- Monitor and report changes in the consumer's condition
- Accurately complete required documentation
- Maintain professional, compassionate, and respectful relationships with consumers and their families
Qualifications
- Current Missouri Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Current auto insurance
- Ability to pass required background screenings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable, caring, and able to work independently
