CNA Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Take and record vital signs
- Observe residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff
- Assist with feeding, repositioning, and transfers
- Maintain accurate resident documentation
- Provide compassionate, respectful, and patient-centered care
- Help maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
- Active CNA certification in Missouri
- Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but new CNAs are welcome to apply
- Supportive and team-focused work environment
