Job Summary:
Access Healthcare Physicians, LLC is seeking an HR Assistant to join our team in Spring Hill, FL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and experience with payroll, time tracking, and payroll processing.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires.
- Assist with the onboarding process for existing employees.
- Assist with the employee benefits administration.
- Assist with the payroll processing.
- Assist with timekeeping and attendance tracking.
- Assist with time and attendance tracking for all employees.
- Assist with payroll tax processing.
- Process employee expense reports and reimbursements.
- Process employee expense deductions and reimbursements.
- Assist with timekeeping and attendance tracking for all employees.
- Process employee expenses reports, paychecks, and payroll tax processing for multiple locations in multiple states.
- Process employee expense deductions, reimbursements, taxes, and payroll processing for multiple locations in multiple states.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
