Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:30 AM-3:30 PM
Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pharmacy Courier to join our team. This role is responsible for the safe, timely, and confidential delivery of prescription medications and pharmaceutical supplies to patients.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver prescriptions, medical supplies, and documents between pharmacy and designated locations
Ensure all deliveries comply with HIPAA and other privacy regulations
Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain required signatures
Communicate effectively with pharmacy staff and recipients regarding delivery status
Handle medications with care, ensuring temperature-sensitive items are transported appropriately
Follow assigned routes and schedules efficiently
Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Strong communication and customer service skills
Familiarity with local geography and GPS navigation
Prior experience in delivery or healthcare settings is a plus
Additional Requirements
Must pass background check and drug screening
