Key Responsibilities
Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
Schedule dental appointments and manage cancellations
Verify insurance coverage and collect co-pays
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries
Coordinate with dental assistants and providers to optimize patient flow
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and clinic policies
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Prior experience in dental or medical front office preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of dental terminology and insurance processes, a plus
