Position Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, no weekends
Starting Pay: $17.00 per hour
Location: Joplin, MO Dental Clinic
Key Responsibilities
Patient check-in — greet patients, verify information, and ensure smooth clinic flow
Appointment scheduling — manage phone calls, schedule visits, and coordinate follow-ups
Insurance verification — confirm coverage and collect required documentation
Customer service — provide friendly, professional support to patients and families
Administrative support — maintain records, process forms, and assist the dental team as needed
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
