Access Family Care is seeking an experienced, people-centered Director of Human Resources to help shape the future of our multi-site community health center. This is a hands-on Director role for someone who values servant leadership, builds strong teams, coaches leaders, and supports a mission-driven culture.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the CEO and Leadership Team to strengthen workplace culture, develop workforce strategies, and support leaders across our clinics. You'll oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance systems, benefits, HR operations, and FQHC-required compliance programs, while helping embed our CARE values into everyday practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive talent acquisition and retention strategies, especially for essential clinical roles.
- Ensure all HR operations and policies are fully compliant with federal, state, and FQHC-specific regulations.
- Champion a positive workplace culture of servant leadership through effective employee relations and engagement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years of progressive HR management experience, preferably within a healthcare or FQHC setting.
- Certifications: SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is highly preferred.
