We are seeking an organized and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator. In this role, you will be the face of the organization for incoming talent, orchestrating interview logistics, managing compliance workflows, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
Here’s What You’ll Be Doing
- Scheduling and coordinating phone, video, and in-person interviews across multiple North American operating sites, partnering directly with hiring managers and corporate travel departments.
- Managing and initiating critical post-offer compliance workflows, including tracking background checks, drug screenings, and physical examinations while escalating anomalies to leadership.
- Communicating and engaging daily with candidates and regional HR team members via phone, email, and Microsoft Teams to facilitate applications and resolve logistical inquiries.
- Updating and maintaining the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) in real time to guarantee data integrity, accurate tracking, and pipeline transparency.
- Generating and analyzing routine recruiting metrics and reports using Excel to support talent planning.
- At least one (1) year of experience working directly within Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or Executive Coordination roles.
- Advanced calendar management proficiency using Outlook or similar enterprise tools to juggle multi-time-zone schedules.
- Outstanding organizational skills with a proven track record of multitasking, adjusting to shifting business urgency, and meeting deadlines.
- Strong technical literacy, preferably with intermediate Excel skills and hands-on exposure to an ATS or CRM (SAP SuccessFactors is a huge plus).
